The silvered dial features black Roman numerals, a brushed brass bezel, and a sub-dial inscription reading '31-Day Chime.' The clock's three-chain weight-driven movement powers a visible brass lyre pendulum and two cylindrical weights, delivering a traditional quarter-hour chime sequence consistent with Westminster or similar chime trains. This is a late 20th-century decorative production piece produced under the revived Waltham trade name, not a product of the original Waltham Clock & Watch Company of Massachusetts.
