One jar features the auspicious 'Double Happiness' (囍) character within a cartouche surrounded by dense scrolling peony and floral vines; the other displays bold lotus and cloud-scroll motifs. The unglazed foot rims show characteristic orange-brown kiln grit consistent with mid-20th century Chinese export production, and the bases bear no reign marks, indicating decorative export ware rather than imperial or scholarly quality pieces.
